MUN & Travel Package
RitMUN APU 2025 proudly introduces our Travel Partner: Global South Travel (GST) that will work together with us to give delegates the travel package around cities in Japan included in Ritsumeikan APU Model United Nations Conference.
Timeline
From 3rd April to 10th April, 2025 (including post-conference travel)
3rd April, 2025 (Day 1)*
8:00 AM: Arrival at Fukuoka Airport.
8:30 AM: Charter bus transfer from Fukuoka to Ritsumeikan APU Campus.
11:20 AM: Arrival at APU.
12:00 PM: Lunch Afternoon: Rest and settle in at APU dormitories (AP Seminar House).
5:00 PM: Bus to Beppu City for sightseeing.
7:00 PM: Gala Dinner.
9:30 PM: Return to the dormitory.

4th April - 6th April 2025 (Day 2 + 3 + 4)
8:00 AM: Breakfast.
Morning: Registration for RITMUN APU 2025.
Daytime: RITMUN APU – Day 1 (Conference activities).

7:00 PM: Dinner

7th April, 2025 (Day 5)
8:00 AM: Charter bus for a Beppu and Yufuin cultural experience.
10:00 AM: Special steamed food cooking experience in Beppu (Brunch).
Afternoon: Visit Beppu’s iconic 7 Hells hot springs and leave for Yufuin.
4:00 PM: Snacks and free time in Yufuin.
7:00 PM: Gala Dinner
9:30 PM: Return to AP Seminar House
Accommodation: AP Seminar House
Meals included: Brunch and Dinner
8th April, 2025 (Day 6)
7:00 AM: Charter bus transfer from Beppu to Hiroshima.
11:30 AM: Lunch in Hiroshima.
12:00 PM: Visit the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum and visit the famous shrines of Hiroshima
5:00 PM: Bullet train from Hiroshima to Tokyo.
9:00 PM: Arrival in Tokyo.
10:00 PM: Dinner in Tokyo and night walk.
Accommodation: 3-star hotel in Tokyo
Meals included: Lunch and Dinner
9th April, 2025 (Day 7)
7:00 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel.
7:30 AM: Visit Tokyo highlights: Meiji Jingu Shrine, Harajuku, Omotesando, and Shibuya.
12:00 PM: Local Japanese cuisine for lunch.
3:00 PM: Shopping in central Tokyo.
8:00 PM: Night walk and dinner.
Accommodation: 3-star hotel in Tokyo
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
10th April, 2025 (Day 8)
6:30 AM: Breakfast at the Hotel.
7:00 AM: Transfer to Narita International Airport, flight back to your hometown
